IBM-PLACE benchmarks version 2.0

The following 18 standard cell circuits are derived from ISPD-98 partitioning benchmark suite. In translation, standard cell height is set arbitrarily and the areas of cells are determined by their weights. Mega-cells (less than 1%) and corresponding interconnections are removed as they are indeed not standard cells. The following table shows the different statistics between ISPD98 partitioning circuits and these IBM-PLACE circuits.
IBM-PLACE benchmarks are released by both YAL and GSRC/bookshelf format. Here is a brief description of files in both formats. For more details about bookshelf format, go to GSRC/bookshelf placement slot.
